  • How many years of pastoral ministry experience do you have?
    admin04-12-2015

Good Question; my pastoral, local church, ministry spanned 20 years.

  • What was your "ministry" training?
    admin04-12-2015

I trained for 4 years with the Churches of Christ in New South Wales Theological College; earning a College Diploma. A few years later I did another year doing a specially designed course to bridge between the Diploma to degree level. I was awarded a Bachelor of Theology by Sydney College of Divinity.

Some 8 years after that I earned a Masters in Theology from the Vision International University, this was via external study and I achieved honours.

  • Are you available for speaking engagements?
    admin04-12-2015

Yes, definitely; I am willing to travel to anywhere, upon invitation and either costs met or a love offering. I’m sure anyone would appreciate living on a pension does not allow for much in the way of travelling, but I so want to encourage God’s people.

  • Why did you write a book about stroke?
    admin04-12-2015

I was passionate to write about stroke as I survived one. I wanted there to be a book that would be available free of charge so that stroke survivors and their families could read and have maybe a better understanding of what they had been through. The most recent edition also covers how to avoid a stroke. I have no medical qualifications, I’m just a stroke survivor.

  • How do you manage standing up-front to speak?
    admin04-12-2015

I usually sit on a stool or in my wheelchair. Jesus sat and taught, as was the custom of the day. After my motorcycle accident in 1993, I was still in pastoral ministry, I preached from a wheelchair for some 4 months. I usually have a powerpoint to aide my speaking.

  • What type of groups do you best relate to?
    admin04-12-2015

I can speak to any age group the 7 years I worked in a school as chaplain and counsellor I spoke regularly to all age groups of school children, to staff and parents. I have had lots of experience talking to women specific and men specific groups. I have also spoken to business groups. These days I have a particular leading to speak to men.

  • Are there any messages that are downloadable?
    admin04-12-2015

Sorry; Not as yet. Check under Home, then Freebies.

  • Are volume discounts available?
    admin04-12-2015

At this point I am focusing on the Ebook market, so the answer is no, if I can break into having a publisher for the print form, then that may be possible, make sure you have signed on to my site to get the news and updates.
